The entire staff at this restaurant is incredibly courteous and genuinely helpful. They’re always ready to answer any questions you might have about the menu. The variety of authentic and extremely delicious Mexican dishes is unparalleled in Bartlett. The Al Pastor is absolutely mouthwatering—I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had. You can enjoy it in a taco, gordita, torta, burrito, or simply on its own with a fork. You’ll immediately want to experience it again in any and every option I mentioned, and then some! For a real treat afterwards, don’t miss out on the tres leches cake for dessert. You can thank me later!

This family-owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Bartlett makes the best margaritas and their delicious recipes are straight from Mexico. In the summer, sit on their patio and enjoy great food and drinks while watching Bartlett in action. A bigthumbs up!

The drinks and outdoor seating area were quite charming. However, the food was bland and overpriced. The menu indicated that items came with two sides, yet there was an additional charge of $3.00 for those sides, which was confusing. There seemed to be extra charges for everything—like a two-taco platter at one price, but if you wanted one prepared a certain way and the other differently, it cost an extra dollar. Choosing a sauce? That was another $2.50. It was frustrating. I would return for the drinks and chips and salsa, but not for the food. The staff was friendly, though.

I visited JCs for dinner last Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like you're dining in someone's home. We were seated immediately, and our server brought us chips and salsa right away. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was even better. The al pastor tacos and the torta were exceptional. I've been to many excellent Mexican restaurants in the city, and JCs ranks among the best.

Food and service were fantastic. flavorful and tasty. not salty, just well made delicious food. Moreover, the service was extra warm and friendly. plan to return.
