Hampton Inn Suites Memphis-wolfchase Galleria

I honestly do not think the room was cleaned nor the sheets changed. The breakfast was great, the staff were amazing but the room was dirty. Cleaned it myself to avoid any issues as the hotel was sold out. Always travel with cleaning supplies.

This hotel needs to be updated or only charge $100 a night. We had a few issues and they had to give us a free night. Room was quiet and semi clean. Breakfast was nice. We hope they get their boiler issues permanently fixed as hot water kinda nice.

We came as a family of 4. The location is safe, rooms in excellent form and clean, and all staff were friendly, from reception to breakfast bar to utility. Breakfast offered a lot of options and everything was fresh.

I'm staying in some hotels while I'm traveling for work. This was a very well-known and beautiful representation of a Hampton Inn. The staff was extremely helpful. Stay here in any case with future visits. Excellent facilities and gym, pool and outdoor seating

We stayed here due to the ice storm in the Memphis area in February 2022. We were fortunate to get a suite. It was perfect and turned a somewhat miserable time into a much better one. The staff were great as was the condition of the room. Highly recommend. Also, for out of towners, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and fairly easy access to Interstate 40.
