I have been to this restaurant multiple times (about 5 times) and each time the doughnuts were stale. They were extremely old and crunchy. Today, I purchased a dozen and they were all unpleasant. The Halloween sprinkles on them seemed questionable considering it is now November 12th. I really hope they do not freeze these doughnuts. Should I arrive at 6 a.m. to ensure I get a fresh doughnut? I have decided that I will not be returning to this restaurant again. It was a disappointing experience.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My experience was terrible. Save your money. There was no one else in line except for me, but I had to repeat my order 10 times. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato, but what I got was basically bad iced coffee. This was the worst experience.

I am extremely upset that my coffee had lipstick on it, even though I do not wear makeup. This is not hygienic and unhealthy. I did not drink the coffee and left immediately. I will never return to this restaurant.

It's baffling how hash browns can manage to be both burnt, soggy, oily, and unpleasant tasting all in one go.
