Super 8 By Wyndham Barstow

It took a cheap motel for the night. I have it for $49 including taxes. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Many fast food and a Dutch bros can be reached on foot. There is an Italian restaurant next door. The food was great. One more thing, there are some wild cats in the parking lot. Please bring cat food. Sweet, but hungry.

This is a purely honest review based on 11 straight days stay at this hotel. This hotel is a jewel. Period. I don't agree with many of the reviews here, but I stayed in 118, and it was as clean as it can be given the age of the property. The bathtub was bright white, WC flush strong, AC blows ice cold. Let the super 8 brand you do not fool as I always saw the super 8 in bad neighbors, but this place is beautiful. No signs of bedbugs, not a single villain that is surprising for the desert. It is next to everything you need Del Taco, KFC, Taco Bell, Circle K, McDonalds, Panda, subway, and they are within a block from the hotel. You are super dog friendly and will check for you every morning to see if you need room service. The TV didn't work when I first arrived, but that's not the fault of the hotel as the hdmi cord was stolen. I just put mine in and voila. The people at the reception are so nice to give you your packages on arrival. It's safe, and we'll be lit at night. I run my dogs in the middle of the night and feel safe on the property. Recommended very much.

Nice place. The room was very clean and tidy. Updated bed linen including bed spreads that are really pretty. And the towel art was so sweet. A very sweet touch to a beautiful room. The reception was very friendly and polite. I'd stay here.

Object seems pretty well maintained, mostly well lit in the night, and everything in the room works well. Only saw a homeless / shady person digging through garbage cans near the stairs. For $55 it was as expected, a place to crash, no more.

Okay hotel for the night. Room does have a bit of smell and carpets seem dirty. The biggest complain is the customer service we received during the morning “breakfast”. It’s a very basic waffles, some cereal, juice and coffee. The waffle machine wasn’t working properly so we knocked to ask for assistance, we were greeted with an annoyed face and a rude comment “if it’s finished there isn’t anymore and I’m not going to the store today because there’s only an hour left of breakfast”. It was 7.40 ish and breakfast is supposed to be till 9
