Woknfire - Barrington

We had a wonderful dining experience at Barrington Arboretum. The evening was accompanied by a spectacular thunderstorm. I enjoyed dinner with Steve, Brian, Michael, Samadhi, Hubert, Simona, and Sniega.

The sushi at this restaurant was excellent. We tried the St. Charles roll and the Las Vegas roll, both of which were delicious. The stir fry was decent, but I would suggest going for the sushi instead. The crab rangoon was average. The atmosphere and decor were enjoyable. However, I found the prices to be a bit high.

The vegan salmon and avocado roll looked incredibly realistic and tasted delicious! The vegan Thai wings were definitely worth a return visit. Both the green tea and celestial hot drink options complemented the meal well, even if they were a bit spicy. Dining here can be a bit pricey, but the flavors are totally worth it!
