Tim Hortons - Barrie

Staff were very rude rushed me thru my order at the speaker gave no price amount when at the window no good morning or Hi or anything just talked to each laughing and staring again gave no price just stuck the payment stick outthe window as they continue to speak to each other in a completely different language. DRINKS WERE MADE WRONG AND FOOD WAS WRONG ASWELL. I GOT NOTHING I ORDERED RIGHT. GOT TO WORK AND NOTICED AND TO LATER TO RETURN IT. Called and got no answers called back and got hung up on. Very very poor service at this location.

Ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Sinks has black dirt ring on it no soap and this is at 9:30 am. Both stalls were gross and made me debate holding it for the next stop. Mens bathroom door looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month by the dirt from hands on it. I know you are busy but this was worst then a really bad gas station washroom. Your bathrooms needs to be checked and cleaned daily.

Poor service! I ordered croissant heated with butter and coffee. 3 vehicles at the drive thru but I spent over 10 minutes and my coffee wasnt ready when I get to the window. Croissant is not even heated. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Service: 1

Went in to buy something they didn't have it. It's not an issue. The main issue was that im satnding their to order. Staff is looking at me , but they dont come to take order. no one says to wait they just keep looking at you. Im just standing thei4 and waiting. Finally, a girl came but didn't have what i needed. 2 people working only. Pathetic service. Food: 1
