I don't seem to understand why they give out the surveys anymore, I tried to use a survey today for an iced coffee, and someone came back and told me that what I had written down from using the survey was invalid? The old white woman who served me was Incredibly ignorant about it and kept repeating the exact same thing over and over, why exactly do the surveys exist if once I complete one, I'm told it is invalid and I'm treated like garbage because of it? Absolutely insane, I hope that woman who served me is fired aswell, no understanding of how to speak to somebody whatsoever

This store has terrible customer service. I came in today and i was rushed to order I didn’t get to finish my order and was already being told to move up.
