Tiki Chips - Barrie

This place has the best pommes in Barrie. Thick cut, super crispy on the outside and beautiful and soft on the inside. Portions are huge. I'm obsessed with these fries!

I was looking for fish and chips, but I was sitting alone and felt very casual... so did not really want to go to a restaurant. Then I remembered this chip truck! When I was there for the first time, I decided to take away to eat at home instead of on the beautiful looking picnic tables. The fish was good, but he was a little smaller than I had hoped. To be honest, it was good. I was just gluttonic and I wanted the deep fried dough more than the fish. Otherwise it would be 5 stars! But the frits....the best I ever had!! Light and fluffy inside and crispy outside. Also the small crispy bits that always fall down. I had no ketchup and I barely missed him!

We have 5 minutes before opening and there was a line. Something has to say. They only have French fries, but they are great!! And friendly owners too. Will try fish and chips next time.

Freshly cut frits cooked to perfection and good portions with all toppings. Always a good choice! Great value.

I don't eat fries unless they are hand cut. These are not only hand cut, but the best fries I can remember eating. Well worth the calorie bomb!!! Plus the staff making the food is great. Kudos to them as well.
