Sicilian Gourmet Pizza - Barrie

I'm on business and had the opportunity to taste many good restaurants. Rarely I eat a review in a restaurant I feel. I can't start counting the restaurants where I ordered a meal with the first bite tasting... really good, and then it goes downhill to the point where you only eat to fill a void and repent every bite after. This could not continue from the truth in the Sicilian gourmet pizza that is now on my short but favorite list. I ate until I couldn't eat anymore and every bite as good as the first. The part was more than enough for me because I couldn't eat it all and that was my only disappointment of the evening. The waitress was absolutely wonderful and always with a smile, made you really happy to be there. I can't wait to come back. So was not good food, that was excellent food!!! Blake P.

Decided to have a date last night and go to this restorer. Beautiful Italian atmosphere and staff that were too beautiful. That was the only good experience. We ordered Calamari, who was completely frozen, who came with an irrigated Maranara sauce. Found a small piece of plastic in Calamari. Next we ordered the chicken wings with garlic bread. The wings were super-duper sauces like the whole bottle was poured into for 15 wings. Could only eat three because it was too much sauce. After all, we had a Hawaiian pizza. First bite a strange taste and then it was okay. I don't like small Ceasers pizza, but her 5 dollars pizza was 100 times better than this 19.99 pizza I'm sorry 21.99 when I got the bill). So 75.00 with top dinner, very disappointed especially the bill and all prices are different from the menu. The owner then showed me a tiny pressure at the bottom of the menu saying the prices can change. I'm glad I heard that after the fact that I paid at the beginning.

Excellent food. It was hot and delicious. We had a big party and they were very accommodating. Had a variety of different dishes and everyone was happy

We were finally able to return to Barrie Post Pandemie and were SO glad to visit Papa Rez 's SGP and have a home cooked meal. Thanks to Reza and Anaya we enjoyed all our menus wedges, rösti, personalized pizzas, served hot... and delicious. We came as a table of 12 from all over Canada and Great Britain and everyone loved food and service. A member of our group had some high expectations of the shells and Calamari they have ordered (the two can be "bad" to order), and they could not believe how perfect they were promised by Reza, and they could not stop fleing about their order. Luckily they are from Barrie and will be back! Thank you. Dad! Reza for doing what you do so that we feel so welcome and cook a storm. We'll be back in 2023 and can't wait to see you and Anaya and the band again. xx

Mexican Poutine was fantastic and the Beef Steaks are superior, really happy with the quality of food and friendly service. This place is awesome and lives up to its name in doing so. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work. Compliments to the chef...as well he's always working hard whenever I'm in there
