Went to this pizza ville for lunch with a friend. I had ordered the mild chicken poppers and she told us 10 -15 min wait, no problem. I come back in 10 mins and she told me they don’t have mild so she’s giving me spicy wasn’t even offered a refund. I told her no as I can’t eat spicy foods so she gave me wings instead. I understand running out of product but instead of assuming wait for me to come back or start taking numbers to call and inform people when out of something. Very poor customer service and experience.

Great product but horribly slow.. Order on line it says 20 mins but i wait for 30 and still sit snd wait another 15 to 20 mins. Looks like its time to switch to Dominos

Pizza is good but they constantly fail at having the pizza ready by the time they promised. If you want to wait 30-45min this is the spot for you!

Such a bad service . Its our second time we visit there still the same service. Well the owner or manager whoever was there was really nice but the two girls really made us uncomfortable . We really dont know the reason was me and my friend of laughing or something else. We were stranged for one moment and we thought we are the reason but whatever who behaved like this in front of customers???? We also work, we also serve customers but we laugh with them not on them. You guys really need to improve your customer service especially those two girls. Kid-friendliness: This place is clean and tiddy and seemed kid friendly.
