McDonald's - Barrie

I discovered a hair in my meal, which was quite off-putting considering most food establishments require staff to wear hair nets or gloves. While I don't have an issue with ordering through a mobile app, the service was slow and inefficient for a fast food restaurant. They seemed to prioritize other tasks over serving customers quickly.

Drive through supposedly open 24 hours, according to their website. I was raised at 5:30 a.m. and it was locked up? it would be nice to know what their actual hours are.

I don't like to leave bad critikens, but this is just a terrible mcdonald's. Once they come into them, they feel like a last. They are ignored in the rule for at least 5-10 minutes when they order at the theke, since no one is ever there and even when they see them, they go back to what they do. the pop was very watered and my wurstei mcmuffin tasted like lemon cleaner, I couldn't even eat it?

Today at 4:45 PM on May 4th, 2022, the craving for ice cream was strong. I stopped by to grab some chocolate sundaes, paid, and asked for nuts at the window. Unfortunately, they informed me that they did not have any nuts available. I jokingly said, "Oh, they have nuts! Just not the kind I want in my dessert." The girls at the window smiled but confirmed that they didn't have any nuts. Despite the disappointment of not having nuts in my sundae, the great service made up for it. They even greeted me by name because I used the app. I was a bit let down by the lack of nuts in my sundae and barely any fudge. If you don't want to disappoint your customers, please make sure to have all the toppings available. Overall, the service was excellent, especially considering the location in the city.

Firstly, I want to say shame on anyone who did not rate this McDonald’s 5/5. To whoever was working on Wednesday May 4th at 1:00am, my colleague and I just wanted to thank you for your amazing service and quality of food. We ordered 4 McDoubles that came out pippin hot with what looked like to be 70/30 quality beef and got a side of fries that were salted to perfection. When I tell you that these burgers blew our taste buds out the park, I truly mean it. This location has nothing on The Keg. We are not from these ends. We travelled from Toronto, which is where the worst McDonald’s are known to man. The burgers over there are served cold after waiting a minimum of 2 hours for your food, with the cheese placed on top of the bun and the meat missing. The quality of food we were served at this location was unmatched, it blew our minds to the point where I had to log on to my phone and write this review. I will definitely be revisiting this McDonald’s in the near future. Amazing staff, fresh food and a full belly to end off the night. Hats off to the lady serving us at the window and the tall man who took our order!
