The service was disappointing. Our server lacked the fundamental skills of providing good service. They never checked on our meals, failed to inform us about any specials, and we had to hunt down other servers to get takeout boxes. We also had to look for our server just to order a drink. The wings were cold, and the quesadilla burger was dry because it didn’t come with the “house-made special sauce” that was advertised—it was clear the server didn’t even know it was supposed to come with a sauce. Overall, it was a terrible experience. As a server myself, I understand that experiences like mine contribute to why people are reluctant to tip. I usually tip between 50% and 100%, depending on the server, but in this case, had I paid the bill, I wouldn’t have tipped more than $5 just out of principle due to her lack of training. If she was overwhelmed, perhaps she should have been given a smaller section, or the bartenders shouldn't have been assigned a section at all if they can’t manage the demand.

We celebrated a birthday dinner and it was a great experience overall for our group of six.

Our server and bartender was fantastic! We will definitely return whenever she’s on shift.

Service was outstanding best waiter ever! Food was excellent and we will be back as the menu selections were great hard to make a decision when you are there.

We had a great night. Shannon was awesome, food was good and beer was great!
