So ordered absolutely load of food for my family and I. Ordered my usual Adana Kebab. Cut up the kebab, only to find it not cooked. Red raw inside. As I he ate some without realising the shop would not come and collect it or refund me. I have since been sick and pray I do do not get food poisoning.I have reported this to just eat and I have also report to trading standards as all the shop have said they cnt do anything about it.

I rung to chase the order. I was met with a bad attitude straight away. They said they had knocked and rung us which was a lie. We are only in a small flat so we can hear a knock on our neighbours door and the phone was next to us the whole time. I was told I had to go and pick this up because they are too busy. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place due to the bad service as a wholeThe worker on the phone also said that the driver tried to come in and the door was locked. WHY WOULD HE TRY AND LET HIMSELF IN ANYWAY, PANDEMIC OR NOT.They updated their JUST EAT so that my boyfriend couldn't leave the review as the order was in his just eat account.Be warned...
