The Braunton Inn - Barnstaple

The service has improved greatly compared to previous years, and we were very pleased with both the quality of our dinner and the attentive service we received.

The restaurant is located in an old manor house, which is very large from the outside. the inner is lovingly rustic and the ambiente very relaxed. service was brilliant and the food was delicious. the best was that they never felt rushed to finish courses and could just relax. the ale was also top notch.

The food was excellent, surpassing my expectations. The staff was very attentive and the restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. The fish cakes I had were beautiful, although an extra fried egg would have been a nice addition. The burgers were amazing as well!

Food selection low, had fryed, sweet cold and under boiled, service slow ,food did not correspond to the description flower cabbage cold and lack of cheese

We had a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and welcoming.
