Dunkin Donuts - Barnsley

I recently visited Sheffield QFM on Broughton Lane and had a great experience. Sophie was very efficient and friendly, the premises and bathrooms were clean. I enjoyed a delicious brew and Danish pastry. Thank you.

I ordered a Christmas-themed box of doughnuts as a special treat after a long day. It took a long time to confirm the order and I had to leave to drive home. When I arrived, I noticed a missed call from London. The doughnuts arrived with an apology note on the box, but they were not Christmas-themed as I had ordered. Instead, I received plain doughnuts that were not even comparable in price. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund from Deliveroo. The service was terrible - why advertise Christmas doughnuts on the website if they are not available?

We tried the munchkin bites and they were delicious, but there were only a few options available. The raspberry iced tea was wonderful though! We hope to see more variety added to the menu.

Not an American Dunkin Donuts but a nice English Dunkin Donuts. This is quite and as its next to a KFC and Taco Bell and costa drive they often quite. Nice lattes and a good selection of fresh donuts, reasonably priced. If you buy Krispy Kreme s at 2.30 for a basic donut these at 1.50 for a single are very reasonable. Nice music comfortable seating and attentive staff.

I'm from Boston and this dunkin was very disappointing. First off you can't get dunkin coffee, only an americano that's made from espresso shots. Second, THEY DON'T HAVE CREAM! The only thing the was the same about this Dunkin as America was the sign outside the building and the bagged coffee. The donuts were different, no food menu, no ice coffee, etc ... not the experience someoen from the states is looking for. Very disappointed :
