Bidrage med feedbackWhen I visit brent cross, Pret a Manger it's a mandatory visit for me. Their brie toastie and their iced coffee couldn't be better and to be honest it's the perfect marriage. Brent cross branch has a very good selection of veggie and vegan food what for me makes me already giving to them 5 stars. Not forgetting to mention the good vibe of the brent cross team with a smile on their face and ready to put you in a very good mood! Quit a busy store but always super clean. 5/5
Pret a Manger offers delicious, fresh salads and sandwiches that surpass most options found on the high street. While they may be a bit pricier, they are comparable to the offerings at Marks & Spencer and, in my opinion, are generally superior. The staff is polite and friendly, although there was one occasion where a member of staff was slightly rude. This is not a common occurrence, however. I have deducted a point as during busy periods, the restaurant can feel disorganized and it takes some time to find a clean table.
Pret is consistently a great choice for a quick meal, and the branch at Brent Cross is no different. The staff were all friendly and the coffee was up to British standards. However, the standout item was the soup - Kale, Lentil, and Roasted Spices, which was absolutely fantastic. Hopefully they have it available next time you stop by to relax after a long day of shopping.
I have been a loyal Pret customer for many years, but lately I have noticed a decrease in the quality of the staff. During my last visit, I observed employees chatting behind the counter.
As always, the food here is wonderful and good value for money. However, I was surprised to see the tables placed right next to each other, no social distancing. There was space in the middle of the restaurant where tables could have been moved to.
