Mcdonald's Restaurants - Barnet

The staff are usually great but unfortunately my most recent experience change my opinion. I went in to buy a milkshake because I had been out all night, had too much caffeine and needed to remain awake. Unfortunately their machine wasn't working so the manager issued a refund and told me it would go straight in, but if you read all mcdonalds corporate policy it takes between 7 and 14 days for a refunded card payment to be processed. Then if you go to their corporate office the security tries to stop you with threatening to call the police.

The McDonald's here is great, always busy which means you can count on hot and fresh food.

Last night, I ordered a Big Mac meal along with other items. I paid for service charge, delivery fee, and tip. Unfortunately, the food was delivered cold and the Big Mac was missing. When I contacted the restaurant, they only refunded me £2.09 and refused to redeliver the missing item. I was very disappointed with the service.

I hate the new format of the place, using machines to place an order sucks

Food was made extremely quickly, I ordered at the till and a nice young lady I think her name was Kiki or Chichi took my order and was very pleasant to talk to and gave me my order immediately.
