Moby Dick - Barking and Dagenham

This restaurant totally deserves its 5-star review! It has undergone a transformation with a new refurbishment and a fantastic manageress who is on top of everything. The staff are friendly, polite, and courteous, the food and service are fantastic, and the venue is impressive. Neve, Aaron, and Maria were all outstanding in their roles. We will definitely be returning as it was an absolute pleasure dining here.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time, and it was okay. There were three children and four adults in our group. The staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was decent, with generous portions of meat that weren't thinly sliced. There was a good variety of options to choose from. Our drinks were served promptly with plenty of ice.

We stopped by Toby Carvery, the Moby Dick on Whale Bone Lane, for lunch. It was a bit early, but we were hungry and were seated quickly with hardly any queue. There were five meat options to choose from and the portions were generous. The vegetables were plentiful and everything was served hot. Sylvia, who was in charge of the food, ensured that everything was topped up and well presented. The atmosphere was cheerful and made for an enjoyable lunch. The restaurant began to get busier as we finished our meal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

A complete all round great experience! A big thank you to the chef Mo the food was great, the carver Sylvia and the server Dee.I cannot give a higher review! We will be coming again!

Amazing service by Tammy. The manager Sharon was very welcoming upon our arrival and the Chef Sylwias hash is the best part of this amazing breakfast. Will definitely be back.
