Trattoria L'elfo - BARI

Delicious food in this nice and authentic restaurant!

I was in Bari for 4 days and this is the best meal I had during my stay!

Un simpatico localino molto spartano con più tavoli esterni, l'interno è piccino, personale gentile con poco accanto barese... Il caposala invece è barese doc come gran parte del menù, non ci sono molti piatti così si evita l'imbarazzo della scelta, antipasto alla barese buono e abbondante, la frittura non era molto assortita e leggermente unta, comunque una discreta cena. Prezzi normali.

We had a traumatic evening thinking we had lost some money. We walked through Bari old town on the way back to our accommodation. We went through this gorgeous square. There was Locando Dell Elfo restaurant. I got my appetite back! My view for the evening was a beautiful old church. I had the Orchiette with turnip tops. Orchietta Con Cime. My husband had the mixed grill of four sausages and pieces of grilled beef with chips. We had a half litre of local red wine. Smooth as silk. I finished with an Aperol Spritz. The service was excellent along with the food. We are going back before we leave Bari. I want the seafood pasta the lady next to me had! The money was found in my husbands pocket!!

La locanda si trova nel centro nel vecchio bari, abbiamo deliberatamente mangiato piatti locali, una serie mista di antipasti e orecchie, le porzioni abbondanti e buone, il cameriere è una bella esperienza che si vede correre a destra e a sinistra, ha sempre il sorriso e soprattutto riesce a rispondere a tutti c'è chi gli parla in inglese, tedesco, spagnolo o francese e lui. Ti garantisco che ne vale la pena.
