La Herradura Mexican Grill - Bardstown

The best Mexican food I have had in a while. Service was great, the booth we were in needs some repair is the only complaint. Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. It was kinda loud, so when my son started yelling, it was not a big deal.

Wow. I originally gave this place a five star review. Not so much lately. Past three times I 've tried to place a carry out order, I had to call back numerous times before someone answered and when they do they answer with, hello . What?!! Last two times, I got home 17 miles away to only have my order completely wrong. It 's hit or miss here and I will say the salsa sucks. Free or not, it shouldnt taste like tomato water. El Patron or Cinco de Mayo, here I come with my money.

First time going there. The food was delicious. Everyone was very friendly. I would go here again.

It might not be as bad as I am rating it but a large cheese dip shouldn't cost $11.99. And on top of that I have never seen cheese dip run so thin. I swear it looks wattered down. Then they give me a tiny bag of chips for this large cup of cheese dip. I didn't even get half way and ran out of chips. This might be my last visit to this place.
