Bidrage med feedbackHands down the best Indians I had in my life (through europa and D.C. the service was fast. everything was really delicious. also the place was very clean! we have the menus .. 12.95 euro. among the two of us we shared pakoras, shek kebab (served on a hot sizzling plate, papadums, chicken curry, linsendhal tadka, naan and rice. it included desserts that were gulab (a kind of roasted emptying of sweet condensed milk, cardamom and other seasoned and mango leti. everything was so tasteful, perfectly seasoned and balanced. we also got a bottle of house wine that was a Catalan wine for only 8.95 was the wine was quite good for a cheap house wine! we came quite late on a Thursday night at 11 o'clock. service was fantastic. the menu is very clear and easy to read with Spanish and Catalan and English all in the same menu. To be honest, there is not much of an atmosphere, but I feel so that this is added to all the experience. the food was just for itself. update: I was here many times. it is consistently delicious. As an Indian from new york I had many experiences in Indian restaurants and oh my gott, was this my favorite EVER! my dad was already in swagatam on a previous trip to barcelona and insisted that we look at this little situation on our family trip together. my brother and my mother were both hesitant, why would we eat in Spain if we had it at any time? but young, we were all so glad we left! the situation is small and easy to miss, but soouo not something anyone should want. the owner is very friendly and made our experience very pleasant and funny, and eating was absolutely amazing. I will definitely return to barcelona on future travels and recommend it to all families and fellow travelers.
They're hitting the place. super delicious Indian food with a set menu or a la carte order. friendly staff, who cares for people in Catalan, Spanish, English and perhaps also a few other languages. Word for the wise: medium is hot and medium plus is very hot! I love eating hot and sweating from the top of my head when I ordered medium plus! that is pleasant to me, but if it doesn't go their thing with not spicy or mild.
The best Indian food I've had in Barcelona! I ordered the chicken tikka masala with medium spice and it was perfect. The right amount of curry and spice. Their chicken tikka masala has almost a sweet flavour to it which I thought was really nice. I ordered it with the garlic naan which is also a favourite. I ordered a second chicken tikka masala to take home so I could eat it again the next day! The service is really friendly too! They speak Hindi, English and Spanish. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night at prime time you might need a reservation though as this place is busy on weekends.
Excellent authentic Indian food in a very warm welcoming restaurant. The owner and staff were friendly and hospitable. Food was freshly prepared with genuine freshly made spices . Highly recommend it
