Els Arcs De Sant Miquel - Barcelona

It's been about a month since I visited this place and I woke up today with a strong desire for some food I ate there, guess I'll have to come to Barcelona again : The owner is very welcoming, food is amazing, I recommend this place

Paella the Catalan way. The owner, Miguel called it the Special Rice. I met him the day before just having a beer. He welcomed my Broken Spanish with good English. Former Worldly engineer enjoying a fun retirement. We were staying above in an Airbnb. He offered to make us a special meal the next day. His chef made it special for us and it was the best I have had in Spain. Very moist and soupy. Just a nice local place filled with Spanish folks. Chicken and Mac and cheese for kids. Best meal in Catalonia after 6 days. Ask for cremat after dinner. It is this flaming rum drink with coffee beans and lemon. The locals in the place sang a song when they served us. Very different presentation and apparently very Catalan/Cuban. Highly recommend.

A great lunch spot just off the beaten track, friendly staff with local clientele. The menu de dia was plentiful and tasty.

La comida es muy sabrosa. el dueño y los trabajadores son muy lindos.

Primera visita el viernes pasado y no será la última. muy atractivo menú de día para 12€ y excelente relación calidad-precio. auténtica cocina catalana, excelente servicio, personal muy atento además del propietario que en todo momento no dejó de interesarse en nuestra opinión sobre la comida. ¡Volveremos!
