Ca La Margui - Barcelona

Great food, the menu is in Catalonian/ spanish. Lots of Tapas dishes, some well known patatas bravos etc. All the dishes we ordered were amazing. Everyone really helpful and friendly. interesting decor in the restaurant.

The food was great, I had pasta for starters and pork in a pepper sauce for main. Couldn't fault the either. The service was outstanding. Food came out within 5 minutes and the waiter and waitress who served me were excellent. Menu of the day was €10. Bargain.

They spoke very little English but were extremely nice, this is not a touristy place, but was really good. I allowed the father to order my 2 courses and I loved both of them. I got an interesting pasta and seafood dish and a Pork Alfredo and fries dish. I trusted his opinion and was not disappointed. My friend got the vegetable soup it seemed to be mainly carrots and potatoes, and she loved it. She also got the tuna which she really enjoyed (it personally looked over cooked, but she had no complaints) There is one large table, but the seating is limited.

Pequeño restaurante de comida casera, con un menú de mediodía realmente excelente. Servicio rápido, amables. De la mejor relación calidad-precio que puedas encontrar. Little home-made food restaurant, with a noonday menu really excellent. Quick service and a very friendly staff. Best quality for a low price. You must visit it!

Aficionados locales, buenos empleados familiares y lugar relajado con variedad de aperitivos, platos, tapas y menús. Me recuerda a los casilleros.
