Many delicious breads. But most importantly, they have the best croissant of almonds in the world and a galette rois (season only but it must be all the anio) amazing.

Normal bakery, price from my point of view something high, I have taken a little smaller croassant than I normally see in other establishments, 2,15 e.

The fabrique is an exceptional bakery. I used to spend a week or twice this spring to buy me a croissant of almonds, absolutely exquisite. it cost 2,10€. today I have gone back and they have gone up to 2,90€. I understand that the prices of raw materials go up, but I find it unconsidered to ask customers to assume such a rise in so little time. I can't go on the same frequency anymore.
