Stay here for 2 days with family. Visited gulmarg during the first week of November, had luck with snowfall on day 1 itself. 1 km from Gandola Well centrally heated hotel with 24-hour hot water heaters Amazing food (i am vegetarian, so only about them will try Kaahva and tea. Well-trained staff is always ready to help with an amazing on the desk manager. Special outrages to Mr. Tauseef, who is one of the hardest workers I have met, always ready to help my family with everything they need. (Thanks for all the hospitality you have shown during our stay and make the trip more memorable.

It is the best hotel perfect for a family with a unique family room with the best amenities available. Prompt service especially from Tausif, Iqbal, Moin ji and Danish. The staff members were very polite. Provided us with welcome Kavah on arrival. The food quality was very good and the arrangement was flawless and best , with care taken for kids for foods. A visit to gulmarg is incomplete without stay at Shawinn.

Good hotel at a nice location. Gondala ride is at walking distance from here. Hotel helps you arrange for taxi for local site seeing. Outside vehicles are not allowed, so this is the only option. Service of the hotel staff is good but little slow. Food is ok, can be improved.

I stayed here on 6 October 2022. I absolutely loved it here. Coming back here again. Room : Good sized clean rooms with all amenities. The extra bed is a raised bed which is good. They have heated rooms and bathrooms and also provide a heater on asking. Good service, spacious rooms. Service : Amazing! The staff there is so helpful and friendly, really nice to talk to them and they helped us plan out our day as well. Food : Good food, they make fresh naans/breads for you. Good food options in breakfast and dinner. Yummy fluffy omlettes.

Stayed for a couple of days and enjoyed every bit of it. Location is great as very close to Gondola. Hospitality was quite professional and high class. Food needs an improvement though. Highly recommended.
