Hog's Breath Cafe - Banora Point

It's all a bit meh at the Hog's Breath. On the one hand, you know exactly what you'll get, but on the other, you hope it will be better. So it is.Nice enough. Smiley staff. Comfy seats and table separation. Just a shame about the food, which is heavy on oil, fat, salt and everything else you both love and hate..

Never disappointed at this location, the steak always cooked as requested. The serving size is good for the prices charged.

Table service on the night we visited (8th July) was absolutely appalling. We waited 15 min (literally) before ordering drinks and that's only because I had to flag a waitress down who was coughing her guts up (non-stop). This was really off-putting and I question the managers integrity allowing someone to serve patrons like this? I honestly thought they must have stuffed up allocating a waitress to our table. We weren't in a hurry but worth noting if you plan to come here and don't want to wait.Meals were ok but not something to write home about, the signature Hogs Breath fries were great as per all Hogs Breath restaurants. If you order a mushroom steak don't expect any sauce at all, it's literally mushrooms on the steak... maybe this was noted on the menu but it's very bland.

Nice food service average forgot to ask for Kids free and they still charged us - we waited a long time for our food and it wasn't that busy. Good location and reasonably priced.
