Ovaj škamp na bifteku je suvišan, pogotovo pošto nije svjež, pa daje neugodan miris ustajale ribe, tako da definitivno ne pije vodu.Sam biftek je bio solidan.Biftek u maslinovom ulju sa rukolom kao prilogom, pun pogodak.
