Kosta's Restaurant And Bar - Bangor

Looking for dinner during the trip. We found kostas for the luck. the calamari were fresh (sometimes you do not come in ks). I had the aubergine parmesan. husband has the three times skewed again delicious. my daughter and her friend had both chicken friends and loved her. Note: my man said the pita was the best he ever had. bonus: we met a really nice local couple that gave us a tipp for today.

The owner Jeff is a great guy and is very supportive of veterans. He has great food, fair prices and specials during the week. Two bars and restaurants in one. I'm originally from Buffalo and his wings pass inspection. You will not be disappointed.

Food and drinks did take a while to get, but it was busy, even for a Tuesday night. All of the food/drinks were delicious and even looked great. Staff was nice too. We'll be back.

My family and I enjoyed eating here. Liked the atmosphere which was relaxed and the staff were very friendly. Id say it's a step above the usual diner with the traditional American choices but with added Greek dishes. All excellently cooked and presented. I wanted to give it 4.5 the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is my chicken was slightly dry but we would definitely eat here again.

The gyro tasted very good-it was packed full! The seafood plate was very tasty moist as well. Staff were very helpful they seemed very happy to be of service. It was challenging to order being lactose intolerant with what was offered.
