I recently visited a Thai buffet restaurant located in the Nopphamat Food Court on the first and second floors. It's not far from the location saved on Happy Cow. The food was very tasty, with some dishes being quite spicy. The tofu scramble stood out as particularly superb, even better than what you might find in fancier vegan restaurants in the area. I paid 50 baht for a full plate with several dishes and mock meats.

Good taste Thai vegan food open until 4-5 pm.
