Bidrage med feedbackThis place seems to be very aware of the celiac concerns. the pizza is cooked separately from gluten-containing pizza and most of the menu can be safely adjusted. the gluten-free brioche with ricotta and honey was incredible. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was cruel — overboiled on the outer side, in a ground raw in the middle, and not a real taste in each of the toppings.
Best dining experience in Banff so far. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff. They have a separate oven for the GF crust and it was incredible. Felt very safe and did not get sick.

The pizza here is a tough act to follow. I?m still thinking about it a week later. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, particularly that we were a large group of 13 people. Highly recommend this place.
