Ricky's All Day Grill Banff

Unexpected visit, but loved it! It was busy all the time since we were there until we were gone. And the waiting place is quite strange that hosts were never there, so we had to wait long until someone found us. But good quality of food and service!

Good service and good food. None of the charts, but my family agreed very well. Service was friendly and quite fast.

We love the food here, pretty consistent most of the time. My big complaint is being seated in the lounge during the day when the million dollar views are in the restaurant side. We have brought it to their attention several times but this establishment doesn't seem to really care about what their customers say. This restaurant rotates through a lot of staff. Sometimes you get excellent service other times wait staff can be indifferent and not seem to really care much.

Food was lovely and our server was very friendly. Very slow out of the kitchen though. A table of 4 came in10 mins after us. Were seated and their order taken and they were 1/2 through their food before our salads came out. Can only assume our order was forgotten about.

We were at the Banff AB location on Sunday June 9. After arriving after 11:00AM we were told there wasn’t enough menus for everyone (we were part of a group of approximately 25). There actually wasn’t enough menus for half of us. We were not even offered a lunch menu. My husband and I had to look on line for it. About 10 minutes after finally having our orders taken a server came and informed us that they were out of beef dip so I had to order something else. The food was ok but the fries were WAY TOO SALTY. You could actually see the salt on them. It looked like rock salt was sprinkled on them then they were cooked. The children in the group couldn’t eat them and either could I. The bowl they came in was covered in it as well. Couldn’t taste anything but salt.
