We ate in the Ramsey Bar (same menu as the Castello) and it was delicious. The bartender Max was amazing. So many of their dishes can be done GF and as a celiac I felt completely safe eating there. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They have a GF frier so we could have the calamari! I had the lobster carbonara and my husband I split the almond chocolate cake (GF). Delicious. Would recommend! Dietary restrictions: I am celiac (symptomatic) and was comfortable with their precautions and felt safe eating there! Lots of GF options.
