Kaligane Seafood - Bandung

Before 2016, I used to frequent Kaligane's delicious grilled fish. I can never forget the taste and memories of it. Grateful to have experienced it.

This restaurant is average. What sets it apart from others is their homemade garlic sauce used to season the fish. For this flavor, I spent around 150k for a full meal for two people, including grilled medium snapper, 2oz grilled squid, and sautéed kale. Unfortunately, the fish tasted less fresh because it seemed to have been kept in the freezer for too long. The atmosphere is quite cozy, but the restaurant does not seem to have many customers.

This place used to be really crowded because the food was delicious and cheap. Now the food is still good but not as great as before, and the prices are no longer cheap. It's become pricey.

The bark meat sat is really good. must try.
