It is an old and classic coffee factory that exclusively located in Bandung city. Their speciality is fermented coffee bean for three years for robusta coffee beans and seven years for arabica coffe beans before they roast them every day, before they sell them at that day. The result is a milder acidity coffee, since mostly they sell Indonesia region coffee which containt high acidity. The fermentation process is helping reduce the coffee bean acidity. According the classic way, they still use the fire woods as their heat source of the roaster, that is if they not changing with modern roaster. They still use the same classic packaging until this day. For best quality, after buying the coffee, wrap them with air tight packing again to keep their fresh aroma, their original packinging only use a standart stepless, which easy for humid enter inside the packing.
