Papparich Bandar Bangi

Edit version now.. 14/06/2023 Out...quality gone..food price up the food is rubbish! You dont serve batang sawi in rm21.90 wantan hor please improve or going to closed down! [6years ago Now they have wantan hor my wife and kids like it b4 this only at papparich all day dinning outlet.

The worst char kuey teow ever tasted. the beef is hard, rubbery and tasteless. I will never ever come back. I have tried some paparich branch, all taste horrible, not just only char kuey teow, others as well. epic fail

Somehow the quality of food during my visit today wasn't what it used to be. The noodles weren't fully cooked. They mixed up our drinks order. The only comfort we had was the people were OK.

It’s quite appalling the level of cleanliness at this branch. There were 4 males 1 female workers, all looked foreign. When asked for a cleaner baby chair, not only did they not get a cleaner chair but their reply was, “semua sama saja”. The whole restaurant was empty except for 1 table us. They were practically “swatting flies”, playing with their phones doing nothing. They were super lazy from the looks of how slow and reluctantly they got up from their chairs. When i sat my son down on the baby chair, he accidentally touched on something slimy on the side of chair. By the time I had cleaned my son’s hands and the chair, I had lost my appetite and left. Papparich Malaysia, you have lost your charm. It’s no wonder so many branches are closing. You might as well close this one too. No star for this review because this bangi branch doesn’t deserve it but was force to give a 1 star as charity in order to post this.

Went there for tea, but 2 of what we chise were not available. Staff was not as attentive. Need to take serviettes ourselves. The same goes to cutlery.
