Costa Coffee - Banbridge

Costa on the Boulevard is really nice. The staff is great, pleasant, and honest. Before my wife and I arrived at Costa, I withdrew £30 from a cash machine, spent £10 on a haircut, and had £20 in my pocket. The plastic money that came out of the cash machine was slippery and I accidentally dropped £20 on the floor. I paid for our lunch with my credit card. After we finished eating, we returned to our car, unaware that the £20 had fallen out of my pocket. A kind lady named Janice, who must have been at Costa, chased after me to return the money that a young lady at our table had found and thought belonged to me. I thanked her profusely, but unfortunately, I forgot to get their names. I gave Janice £5 to show my gratitude for her honesty and kindness. The young lady who served our table, possibly working in the kitchen washing dishes, also deserves appreciation. If anyone knows her, please let her know. Thank you, Michael Downing.

The staff at this restaurant is amazing, and the coffee is excellent. The pineapple and mango muffin is also delicious.

After leaving the movie theater, we went for a drink. We arrived at 4:30 and realized the restaurant closed at 6pm. The staff was friendly, but they politely declined our offer to stay longer. Will definitely return in the future.

I went here today with my friend, because he wanted to use his Costa coffee app because he was gifted £3 for a coffee. after ordering and receiving the until we were told then because our app is costa uk we can...not use how it does not work and only costa ie app works. unbelievably disappointing, not in the ability to use our app offer. my understanding is banbridge part north of Ireland and therefore part of the united kingdom of no republic earth. we paid and left; coffee a ok standard, but not comparable to other places in the city.
