Taco Bell - Baltimore

I ordered the 2 Chalupas Supreme Combo with seasoned beef, which also came with a seasoned beef hard taco. It was delicious! I enjoyed it all with a refreshing Pepsi. It was a fantastic combo and made for an amazing dinner!

I ordered several extras, but everything I received was only half full. I paid for four sour creams, yet each one was barely filled. In fact, none of the extra items I requested were included—no extra chicken, no extra cheese—and my order was just tossed in the bag. To make matters worse, the food was extremely cold upon arrival. I even paid extra for faster delivery, but it still took an hour. This location has a long-standing reputation for being slow, and my experience just confirmed that.

I didn't receive any drinks with my order. The grilled cheese burrito contained barely a bite of beef, while the soft taco had at most a spoonful of beef and just a few shreds of cheese. The nacho cheese for the chips was less than half full. The steak quesadilla was essentially just two plain tortillas. The prices have increased, but the quality has declined significantly. It's disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for customers when we’re paying premium prices. Taco Bell should reconsider the pictures on the menu board, as they create unrealistic expectations for what you'll actually get.

The Crunchwrap Supreme Combo was awful. The Crunchwrap was flat and sad. My Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito didnt have rice in it, and basically this experience was AWFUL. Im mad, and Im hungry.

They gave me ZERO hot sauce! I was scared fo to happen. I even put it in my order. And i cannot emjoyny food without it. Smh and they burnt my quesadilla. And my Cheesy Gordita Crunch is hella empty! Ubelievable!
