Supano's Steakhouse, Italian Seafood

Two of us did not receive the soup that we ordered and one of us had a meal that was pretty cold

This restaurant was the worst experience I have ever encountered. While I had a reservation, it took an hour to be seated and another hour just to receive appetizers. The waiter was extremely rude and the owner did nothing to make our experience better. Spent way too much money in this restaurant to be disrespected. Choose another restaurant to spend your money that will appreciate the business and treat you like a customer.

Slow to be seated. Very unpleasant server who was arguing with her con workers who did not seem to like her very much. Seemed disorganized and tables sat dirty while people waited and waited. Food was average at best.

We arrived to the restaurant promptly at our scheduled reservation time and by the time we got to check in with hostess station they had given our table away to someone else and just said they were too busy! Completely unacceptable to me. So they sat us downstairs AT THE BAR on Valentine’s Day!

I appreciated the attempt of capturing the old glizty 50s Hollywood vibe, but the food was overpriced, the restaurant itself was shabby, and the service was slow and distracted. The food was basically really good diner fare. I did enjoy the live piano music, and my in-laws got a kick out of all the Hollywood photos and mementos on the walls, but I just expected something a little nicer from a place that served $50 steaks.
