Subway - Baltimore

It appears there are new owners, but the excellent customer service remains the same. This is still one of my favorite Subway locations.

The quick service, friendly staff, and delicious food create a fantastic atmosphere.

Excellent service! The staff are always friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to assist you. There are some language barriers, but I've found that if I listen closely, I can understand their English, which is improving all the time. I usually place my orders through the app, and they are always ready and accurate when I arrive to pick them up. I highly recommend visiting this place and using the subway app!

So one of the guys in the store seemed to have a little attitude but overall the food was delicious as well and the store was clean

I strongly advise against eating here if you want to avoid food poisoning. I've experienced food poisoning twice in the last two years, and just yesterday, I had another severe case. I'm not alone in this; I've spoken to many others who have also suffered from food poisoning after dining here. I've reported the issue to the health department and hope they take action.
