Scoozi - Radisson Hotel @ Cross Keys

Hello I was greeted by a gentleman named Darrell on Sunday evening for our reservation of 6:00. I wanted to check in on Open Table at the Hostess booth and he said Scoozi had no open table and he couldn't check us into the reservation. I had made a reservation on Open Table, making no sense. He was very rude to me and my mother and father. We didn't like his Abrasivton with us and we decided not to sit for dinner and went somewhere else to eat dinner.

It was a great little place. Eating ok service slowly not so attentive. Would go fast. Lunch tho. You have to see how they are. Fill in food service.

The courtyard is simply beautiful. Every single employee we met was simply fantastic-friendly, beautiful, seemed happy there. That was really remarkable and unusual. The food is good. It's not knocked-down from gourmet fabulous, but it's good. And a nice selection of wines. We enjoyed our dinner and the whole experience enormously.

It is a hotel restaurant. Food is standard, nothing much to talk about. Service is adequate. Restaurant itself is fairly small.

Consistently fresh, creative cuisine leaning towards Italian. Service can be very slow and spotty. Outdoor seating is lovely space. Never had a bad meal here, but warning, pack some patience. Don't go if you are in a rush.
