Bidrage med feedbackI went to Sascha's for dinner with a group on the weekend. It wasn't crowded and the service was good. The atmosphere at Sascha's is one of the best in Baltimore, with excellent lighting and a comfortable, quiet dining experience. They provide free crispy breadsticks as a nice snack. The menu is a bit limited and we had to ask our server to explain the difference between small plates and entrees. I wouldn't recommend this menu for families with young children. I ordered the signature burger, which was cooked perfectly to my liking. I enjoyed my meal and would happily return to Sascha's in the future.
I took full advantage of Baltimore's Restaurant Week $30 deal, which was lower than NYC's $35. I chose the short rib beef, which came with a Parsnip-Kartoffato-Pure that complemented it well. The dish was fantastic. For an appetizer, I had the grilled salmon with Wasabi-lemon risotto. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the risotto was a bit bland and could have used more flavor. The chocolate mousse cake was large and not too rich, which was enjoyable. Our server was excellent, and the staff made sure our party of 4 always had our dishes arrive at the same time. The restaurant had a romantic and intimate ambiance, with interesting artwork on the walls. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
