Bidrage med feedbackHorrible customer service like many reviews say. Don’t have Kisha Noel check you in if you don’t want rude attitude and endless waiting. Marriott is supposed to match (actually beat) the price if we find a better price in a third party app but she refused to do that.
Very good hotel recommended for vacationers, centrally located and close to many points of interest. Excellent staff, friendly and very attentive, cordial and helpful.
Let’s start with the good: the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. And now the bad: this hotel has staff with the worst customer service of any of the 500+ hotels I’ve stayed at over the last decade. The room wasn’t ready on arrival at 8pm and required a 30 minute wait in the lobby. The manager and reception staff could not have been less helpful nowhere to wait was offered and they gave the distinct impression that they didn’t want to deal with the problem. Ultimately this reflects badly on Marriott and will certainly lead me to consider an alternative brand in future.
We have the best time here each Memorial Day weekend at the Balticon science fiction convention. We see a lot of hotels traveling to other cons and this one is one of the best and a favorite.
The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is well-regarded for its prime location, offering stunning views of the Inner Harbor. Guests appreciate its proximity to popular attractions like the National Aquarium and Camden Yards. The hotel features spacious, modern rooms with comfortable amenities. Dining options receive positive feedback, particularly the breakfast buffet. The staff is often praised for their friendliness and professionalism. Overall, it's a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a central base in Baltimore.
