Bidrage med feedbackThe parking lot was quite dirty. The service was poor, making me wait for 22 minutes at the host stand. The staff moved very slowly. The girl in the drive-thru window appeared unkempt and in need of a shower.
In addition, I ordered all dark meat chicken and was told it would be a 30-minute wait. I agreed to wait and was asked to pull forward. However, to my surprise, the employee brought out the order when I was still parked. When I got home, I found that there were only dark pieces on top with all white pieces on the bottom. Is it too much to ask for good and honest service when paying $27.00 for 12 pieces of chicken? Is a warm greeting too much to expect from the employees who rely on customers to keep the facility running? It seems that the employees at this Sinclair-Lan location do not agree with this sentiment.
Even though my order was hot and accurate, it was disappointing. The fries had a fishy taste and were overly salty. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked, making it dry and tough in some spots. When I inquired about a receipt, I was informed that the printer was broken. When I suggested using another register to print the receipt, I was told it wasn't possible and the staff member laughed.
I could not order online, went there today. the door was closed, not sure why did they do that. order 12 pieces fried chicken from the through. the guy said it was $26. I didn't even buy it.
Stopped here today for a quick small meal my experience was not great. First they had a problem with change. So I made it easy for them by giving them the exact amount which seems to be a big problem. This ended up taking several minutes to fix. Let me make this clear the young girl working the drive thru was extremely pleasant the whole time. She was in fact A- I understood her not being able to open the register without the manager on duty to assist her. A second young lady came and still I’m just sitting here. Finally I assume he was a manager or person running the shift comes correct it.Ok so I get my food pull away to the side to check see that it’s all in the bag. I get further up the road to find out the soda machine needs to be serviced so I turned back around this time to bring back for another one. The same guy meets me at the door, take my cup and says I’ll bring it to you. In just that short time of 5 minutes I have to get out go into the store to get my drink of a half filled cup handed to me by the young lady who was working the drive thru. The manager acts has if he was bothered by me coming in. Well Sir you forgot that I was waiting on my drink for 5 mins. I walked around to where you get your own drink and Mountain Dew Sierra Mist both shoots out all over my hand. Just bad customer service period. ??This could’ve easily been corrected with the right Manager working. 2:30- 3pm shift 3/12/22
