Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baltimore

On April 15, 2024, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was disrespectful, rushing me through the line by repeatedly asking "anything else" without giving me a chance to fully order. The meat was dry, cold, and clearly not fresh. They also put too much hot salsa and skimped on the meat. Overall, I would rate my experience a 0 out of 10. Additionally, parking was a nightmare due to the cramped lot shared with too many other stores.

I rarely give bad reviews, but I recently had a terrible experience at my local Chipotle. I don't go there often due to past issues, but I decided to give it another chance. I've been eating at Chipotle locations across the US for years and have always had great experiences. However, when I arrived, the food station was in disarray. The lettuce was old and brown, and the chicken and steak were dry. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. They even allowed a friend to ride a dirt bike through the restaurant and into the kitchen, which is illegal in this city. I was so disgusted that I plan to file a formal complaint with the Health Department tomorrow. I am sharing this review because it reflects poorly on your company. Residents nearby choose to visit other Chipotle locations because of the poor experience at this particular store. I will not be returning to this location and ended up throwing away my $15 salad and guacamole because I was concerned about getting sick. It's disappointing and sad, as this location is my go-to spot.
