Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baltimore

Great food, friendly staff and fast service. good old chipotle. if they go there after 8 o'clock, they could run out of fajitas among others.

We arrived around 1 PM on a Monday with a group of 10 people, and the team there was fantastic. They accommodated us seamlessly and with great enthusiasm. It was such a refreshing experience, especially since many restaurants today seem understaffed and lack a focus on customer service. When the fountain drink machine malfunctioned, they quickly provided us with a bottle of iced soda instead. It’s clear that they take customer service seriously. They definitely deserve a five-star rating. Bravo to this place!

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. I visited when the restaurant was nearly empty, yet the server seemed perpetually annoyed. He rolled his eyes when I made various requests during my three different orders, and frequently asked, "Is that all?" even before I had finished choosing my options. When I requested to add a salad, he responded with a rude attitude. I understand that servers can have stressful days, but that doesn't excuse rudeness towards customers. I tried to be patient and just wanted to get out of there quickly.

The portion is not equal. when they see that they are a inferior, they give overflowing meat. I asked her if that is the meat for my 4 and they said yes! They can hardly count the pieces of the huh in it. but with their running it is superfluous that they cannot even be properly packed by burritos, because the overload of the meat. the load is dirty, so ready to clean your own table. the line was long and waited extra 10 minutes more to wait for the chicken to be cooked and at the end get some pieces meat. what a waste of money and time. I don't think $8.80 per order is worth it. I would give a negative -0 if there was an option for it.

Definitely our worst Chipotle experience ever. It’s our favorite fast food place and we were so disappointed. They had no white rice, salad dressing, or chips ready and I had to wait for 10 minutes for rice. I only found out it was ready because we saw them serving it to someone else, no one told me. The chips, once they were ready were super over done and I don’t think they had any salt or lime on them. I’m also fairly certain no one put any lime on the fresh white rice that I had. Whoever cut the produce probably has never seen vegetables before because there were massive chunks of red onion and peppers etc. all in all, incredibly disappointed.
