For the first time visitors . we had a great time. great eating, very good taste, served with care in every sight .. I had vegetarian meal. large sauce and spaghetti squash .. man had pasta cleaned with huh.. plate.” bobby came out and spoke to us about his journey, eating and we laughed with him. it is an intimate place, but he puts his whole heart in every meal. we would go back. great place to eat before or after viewing the Christmas lights in the 34th Street .. they also perform and catering we have learned .. also it is byob.

I love love love their wings with house BBQ! I wish they offered same for a half or quarter chicken! Perfectly chargrilled sauce was good spicy!They have great macaroni and cheese, Jamaican Rasta Pasta, rice peas, coconut rice!I ordered their jerk chicken expecting it to be grilled spicy chicken like I got in Jamaica (kinda like the wings)...but it was more of a stew with pieces of chicken in it...not what I wanted. I tried again thinking maybe it was a mistake...but again I got a more stew-like meal. Not what I wanted. Like I said I wish they would offer a half or quarter chicken chargrilled like the wings or jerk like I'm used to!

My husband love the coconut rice. He want me to learn to cook rice this good. Ie he will be back. The crab cakes are so seasoned so well. What a delicious meal. Place to sit inside and out side of the restaurant. Food fresh and nice. Yes the rice is nice as well. Try the restaurant

Just my perspective.. my review is only to help with the growth of this business if they read comments?... the food was better when it was on the corner of the Hampton area. The j chicken taste like spicy BBQ sauce, bought the j chicken thigh bowl and another item for someone else, which I can't speak upon cause I didn't eat it, however I saw it..Moving on....Although it was beautiful to the average customer. Raw onions, frozen peas and raw carrots is not my thang, bruh!! I could have possibly looked over this sad and overly priced bowl,wouldn't have written a review if it wasn't for the horrible service from your cashier. She didn't know the menu, tried to over charge for items, I witnessed people who came in after me trying to decide what to order and she couldn't even help them!!Your in a new neighborhood that is adjusting to a different palate of spices and flavors and your cashier can't even guide them nor suggest the best items on the menu.How are you going to establish Long Jevity if the first person people meet in your Establishment isn't knowledgeable about your business?Just my opinionI truly pray for your success!!!

My husband and I love this restaurant. My husband always ends up getting j chicken, mash potatoes and Mac cheese. Every dish I’ve gotten from this spot does not disappoint. I love that the menu has a lot to choose from and not stuck ordering the same thing. Portions are very generous! Got to meet the owner one time when I went in to order and he is very humble and down to earth! Carrot cake and red velvet is so delicious! He actually uses real cream cheese icing!
