Big Bear's Pizza Shack - Ballymena

I had stopped ordering from the Big Bear restaurant due to previous bad experiences, but decided to give it another chance tonight. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. I ordered a kebab in pitta bread with house sauce, but it arrived without any sauce at all. It was the driest kebab I have ever tasted. My past experiences with incorrect orders have not improved, so I highly recommend double-checking your order if you choose to collect or get a delivery from here. Unfortunately, this has happened too many times for me now and I will not be ordering from Big Bear again, as there are more reliable takeaways in the area.

I ordered the Americano pizza and it was fantastic! The ingredients were hot and fresh, definitely the best I've had in a while. I would highly recommend it.

The environment is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and I would definitely return in the future.

Tried it on Saturday night I'm impressed got the mixed Kebab on Naan with Kebab sauce very tasty my partner got the spice bag she loved it we will be back again very soon

Used to love Big bears but has went down hill badly.Order has been wrong a few times which we bypassed but put an order in for collection last night for two medium pizzas chips and cookie was told it would be an hour, collected it on time got home pizzas wer far from medium which I payed for all the food was freezing cold had to heat pizzas up threw chips out. Not good enough when paying over £30 won't be ordering again.
