Very reasonably priced with generous portions. Well worth the stairs to the top after arriving by train. Take out only. Picnic tables outside and watch lots of locals come in for their order and go.

We have just eaten here for dinner before returning to England on the ferry. The best fish and chips we have eaten in a very very long time. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.

This restaurant serves the best fish and chips. The portion of fish was generous, perfectly cooked, and extremely fresh. The chips were delicious, not overly greasy or dry. The area behind the counter was impeccably clean. We decided to stop for dinner right after getting off the ferry from Fishguard and we were pleased that we did. Although there was a slight wait for the food to be prepared (less than 10 minutes), it was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. The prices are reasonable for the high quality and portion size of the food.

A must-visit spot with absolutely amazing food. The fish was fresh with a light and fluffy batter. The traditional Chipper chips were excellent – thick cut, tasty, obviously fried in fresh oil with the right potatoes. It was clear that they take a lot of pride in their food. However, be sure to arrive early as it can get busy quickly. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. I had a great chat with the friendly guy behind the counter, Aldo, who was willing to accommodate any request. When we got home, the food was still hot 15 minutes later. It was a great experience to see an artisan chip shop offering such high quality. A 5-star awesome restaurant!

During Covid times always good to find a great takeaway.....fish and chips very tasty and good value!
