Starbucks - Ballwin

I have ordered from this restaurant frequently over the past few months. However, in my most recent visit within the last month, I have noticed that the coffee, especially the iced coffee, is significantly watered down. I ordered an iced toasted oat milk shaken espresso, and experienced the same issue - it was watered down and lacking in flavor. My fiancé also had a similar experience with his shaken espresso. Due to this consistent issue with the quality of the drinks, we have decided not to return to this restaurant anymore.

I love Starbucks, quick bite to eat something to satisfy my thirst!

Bought a coffee here at drive through, after a long day expected a warm black coffee. What I got is a stale room temperature coffee. And the stuffs are rude!!

One of the better Coffee Frappuccino's I have had in a long while.
