Tonight at the Ballwin, MO location, the staff went above and beyond their duties. Despite the absence of a manager and some missing team members, one extraordinary individual really stood out. I wish I had caught his name, but he took on a leadership role and handled everything impressively. As a businessman, I truly appreciated his exceptional service. I want to emphasize that there was no wrongdoing on his part or that of your company. My family and I are grateful for his help, and it was especially significant to see representation in the team. We need more people like him in the world! I would stop and commend him in a heartbeat!

I visit this restaurant frequently, often with friends from different areas. I can confidently say it's the best in two countries by far! I believe they've recently moved locations. I always order my chicken sandwiches "special," which takes a couple of extra minutes, but they are "always" prepared just the way I like them. At other places I've tried, I've tipped but won't go back because they either load on all the toppings (when I just want mayo) or they don’t cook the food as I request. If I pay for something and prefer it to be cooked a little longer, that’s what I expect. Thank you to the team at Jack-in-the-Box on Manchester!
